PAC Wins a Plaque!

PAC entered "Zoomin' Groom" as our cake at the Formal Affair Bridal show's competition for Chattanooga's Cake Ace. Yay!! PAC was awarded Honorable Mention by none other than Ace of Cakes Duff Goldman!!! Elements featured on the cake were: Chattanooga Lookouts (hat and baseball), Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Double Cola, Little Debbie snack cakes, Moon Pies, and VW. There was also a motorized hang glider zipping around the top of the cake.

Flower Pots! These were centerpieces on tables. The pots are 3-6" single cakes covered in fondant and sitting on top of terra cotta clay saucers. Customer added her own silk flowers.

"Coffee Cake" carved from 1/2 sheet.

Willkommen VW!!! Full fondant, 16" single. Airbrushed using a stencil.

12" single layer, all buttercreme.

Mardi Gras inspired 16th birthday cake. 6" dbl round, 8" dbl square, 12" dbl square. Full fondant. Beads provided by customer.

This was a groom's cake made from 2 full sheet cakes, full fondant.

In May of 2008 we moved to the 9298 Apison Pike location. It's just down the street from the former location (turn left out of the Crossroads Plaza parking lot, then right at the light (Apison Pike), pass the Dollar Tree on the left, pass the Library, look for the 1st Tennessee Bank sign and turn left into the driveway. We are in the beige building in between the Bank and LifeCare Center.
